CONVERSION HEADERS
The headers shown for Toyota V6 and V8 truck engine conversions are designed to fit in a tight area. This allows maximum air flow between the header-to-the-body area while slightly increasing the truck’s performance. Our headers solve most exhaust hook-up problems and greatly reduce under-hood temperatures caused by using a factory-cast manifold in a different chassis than it was designed for. A body lift is recommended for proper clearance on all headers and will maximize air flow during low speed driving.
NWOR’s GM V8 swap headers features long 1-5/8” primary tubing creating big gains in low and midrange torque. The GM V8 header features heavy 3/8” flanges with O-ring sealing, 14 gauge tubing and NWOR “no gasket, no leak” ball joint connectors. These ball joints ensure ease of installation, and they allow severe engine movement in the chassis without causing header breakage or gasket leaks. This header offers maximum horsepower gains, best fit and clearance over any V8 conversion header sold. Many customers have told us “wish we had bought it the first time around - we really can feel the performance difference.”

The all-new header features 1 5/8" primary 14-guage tubing, plus heavy 3/8" thick laser cut flanges with welded O-rings for maximum sealing the first time! These
heavy duty radiators have been designed to handle cooling
problems of V6 and V8 Toyota truck engine conversions.
Our 100% copper core radiators feature a large capacity,
super efficient, four-row design. The new fin design
has been engineered to capture and re-direct air flow.
Located in the bottom tank is a large capacity transmission
cooler. NWOR highly recommends our auxiliary coolers
to dramatically reduce engine temperatures with V6
or V8 swaps. If you can't cool it the truck is not
an enjoyable experience to drive on or off-road.

The compact size & shape of these hi-torque starters along with their heavy-duty balanced armature allows for increased header, chassis, oil pan, and ground clearance. The precision machined billet aluminum mounting block allows for multiple positions. The starter also features a planetary gear reduction drive providing increased starting torque with a lower battery demand. The starters work with either 153 or 164 tooth flywheels. |
