a leaf spring-equipped vehicle suspension can
flex and move, the more
comfortable the ride quality. To operate properly, the spring
bushing and shackles must be able to move
freely without binding, which gives a smooth on- and
off-road ride.

Without continual lubrication the spring pins and bushings will wear rapidly. This affects steering control and ride quality, and it causes irritating squeaking. Our new greaseable shackle kits reduce wear, increase bushing life and improve ride and handling. Available for '79-'03 Trucks.

NWOR's new high-tech, extended shackles incorporate precision-machined spring pins. They have been gun-bored and cross-drilled to allow proper lubrication. These greaseable pins also feature machined threads and real aircraft quality lock nuts. The front set is 3" longer than stock (2" lift). The rear sets are 2-5/8" longer than stock (1-5/8" lift), which will level your truck. |

Toyota trucks when raised experience a slight change
in driveline geometry. This driveline change sometimes
causes an annoying vibration problem, especially when
the trucks are operated in 4 wheel drive. NWOR
4° shims are a quick and simple way to maintain correct
U-joint driveline angles and prevent premature U-joint
failure. |
| They may be used in either front or rear applications and are necessary whenever the shackle/suspension lift exceeds 3-1/2" on Toyota 4x4s. Our shims come complete with new spring centerbolts to allow proper positioning of shim into the axle housing. |
SUPER
DUTY TIE ROD
Constructed
of D.O.M. high carbon steel with over twice the wall
thickness of the stock tie rod tube, NWOR's heavy
duty tie rods eliminate flexing of the tie rod
tube common to most Toyotas with 33" or
larger tires. The tube will not crush when aftermarket
steering stabilizer bracket kits are installed.
NWOR has sold hundreds of units without any reports
of rod end failures. Machined to exacting specifications
and furnished with heavy duty, aircraft-style jam
nuts for a positive adjustment and secure fit.

a new tie rod end. These heavy duty urethane tie rod boots
resist damage from rocks, sand, water, road salt,
and oils.
Each has an important 5-point sealing
action which prevents loss of lubricants and contamination-the
major cause of road wear.
