GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  1. Please allow 48 hours for order processing and packaging, in addition to shipping delivery times shown. All shipments are carefully packaged and triple checked for accuracy. Shortages are extremely rare.
  2. All FedEx orders will be shipped “signature required” for your protection. If you are not there you’ll need to pick up your order at the carrier’s closest facility to avoid additional shipping charges.
  3. Claims for shortages or incorrect parts must be made within 24 hours after receipt of goods. Check your packaging and order carefully!
 

INSURANCE ON ALL SHIPMENTS

On orders of $100.00 and less there is no charge for insuring your packages. On FedEx, there will be an insurance fee of $2.50 for the first $500.00 of value and an additional $.50 per $100.00 thereafter.

 
GROUND SHIPMENTS

  1. FedEx is normally the fastest and most economical method for delivery service of heavier items, ie: springs, gas tanks, bumpers.
  2. Multiple package orders are numbered and picked up by FedEx the same day. Occasionally, FedEx will deliver all but one package. This missing parcel will normally show up the following day.
  3. To use FedEx, you must provide a complete street address. FedEx cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. FedEx will attempt 3 times to deliver your order. If no one is at your address a notice will be left where you must pick up your order.
 

AIR SHIPMENTS; NEXT DAY AIR SHIPMENTS

Same Day Rush Air Service is available by adding a $10.00 service charge to your invoice, plus the shipping charges. To use our Rush Service, the order must be placed by phone between 8:00AM-11:00AM, Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is available at most locations by FedEx.

 

AIR SHIPMENTS; TWO DAY AIR SHIPMENTS

Faster than Ground Service, packages going by Two Day Air are normally delivered in two business days after shipment to all of the contiguous 48 United States and some parts of Alaska and Hawaii.

 
PRIORITY MAIL SHIPMENTS

  1. USPS Priority Mail for smaller packages is an economical 2-4 day service and delivers on Saturdays at no extra charge.
  2. There is a $5.00 charge per order on all U.S. Mail shipments for delivery to the post office.
 

REFUSED ORDERS

If a shipment is refused or unclaimed, freight charges, both outbound and inbound, plus a handling charge will be deducted from your deposit before a refund will be made.

 
LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

  1. All merchandise shall be considered delivered to the purchaser when it is transferred to a carrier and consigned to the purchaser.
  2. All merchandise has been inspected twice and insured prior to shipment. Merchandise that is damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. It is your responsibility to start the claims process immediately after delivery.

EXCHANGES / RETURNS

Please do not order any item from this web site that you do not intend to keep. WE DO NOT SELL MERCHANDISE ON APPROVAL OR HAVE A FREE TRIAL PERIOD. It costs money to process, package and ship orders. Unless we ship incorrectly, there will be a 25% minimum restock charge assessment. Requests for exchanges must be made within ten days from receipt of your order.

SORRY, ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE WITH AN OUTSIDE DELIVERY SERVICE PROVIDER AND NOT REFUNDABLE.

ALL RETURNS MUST RECEIVE PRIOR WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION...

You will receive a merchandise return label for each package. Items returned without an ORANGE NWOR R.A.N. LABEL or sent COD will be refused by our receiving department and will cancel your return number. All merchandise must be in new and unused condition, with all boxes, labels, instructions, etc., and must be in their ORIGINAL PACKAGING All items must include a copy of your invoice and have to be sent prepaid.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT items for exchange or return that have been INSTALLED, assembled, damaged, modified or used for testing. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS on bodylifts, electrical items, internal engine components or special order items.

All sales are final after 30 days.
