
ULTRA-TORQUE V-8 TRACTION BARS

NWOR's new Ultra-Torque traction bars will not only handle the problem of severe spring wind-up from V8 equipped Toyotas and large tires, but provide suspension articulation at the same time. The forward upper frame mount features a slotted "slider" hole to allow control of spring wrap-up and allow articulation. The rear mount replaces the U-bolt / bump stop locating bracket. NWOR's rear mount allows for maximum axle movement up and down while still controlling spring wind-up. Our fully adjustable, heavy duty assembly allows precise adjustment on all Toyota 4x4 trucks.

NWOR ENGINE
CONVERSION HEADERS
The headers shown for Toyota V6 and V8 truck engine conversions are designed to fit in a tight area. This allows maximum air flow between the header-to-the-body area while slightly increasing the truck’s performance. Our headers solve most exhaust hook-up problems and greatly reduce under-hood temperatures caused by using a factory-cast manifold in a different chassis than it was designed for. A body lift is recommended for proper clearance on all headers and will maximize air flow during low speed driving.
NWOR’s GM V8 swap headers features long 1-5/8” primary tubing creating big gains in low and midrange torque. The GM V8 header features heavy 3/8” flanges with O-ring sealing, 14 gauge tubing and NWOR “no gasket, no leak” ball joint connectors. These ball joints ensure ease of installation, and they allow severe engine movement in the chassis without causing header breakage or gasket leaks. This header offers maximum horsepower gains, best fit and clearance over any V8 conversion header sold. Many customers have told us “wish we had bought it the first time around - we really can feel the performance difference.” |

FORD MANUAL BELLHOUSING
TRANSMISSION ADAPTERS
(4 & 6 CYLINDER APPLICATIONS!)
The Ford 302 V8 bellhousing adapter kit for 1984-1995 Toyota 5 speed transmissions with a removable bellhousing has been designed to replace 4 & 6 cylinder engine-equipped Toyotas. The engine will mount directly to the original Toyota 4 & 6 cylinder engine pads using our bolt-in engine mounts P/N N10056. The Ford V8s are narrower than the Chevy V8 and feature a forward-mounted distributor eliminating all firewall modifications. We recommend using our dual sump oil pan kit for increased clearance in the differential area. As with all V8 engine swaps on 1986 and later IFS suspension, we recommend using our heavy duty replacement torsion bars. This adapters requires using a 164 tooth flywheel.

HEAVY DUTY REAR
REPLACEMENT SPRINGS
NWOR's complete line of heavy duty replacement springs have been designed to replace the original factory springs which fatigue and lose ride height quickly. NWOR heavy duty replacement springs feature increased spring material thickness, shotpeened leafs for durability, with a specially designed 2nd stage support system. These springs offer up to 700 lbs of additional load capacity. NWOR greaseable spring tip inserts and ultra-slide® bushings are included! NWOR's springs offer a superior ride over stock. All Tacoma replacement springs have a different style 2nd stage which is a hi-tech tapered leaf spring. Truck height will be approximately 3/4" higher than a new factory Toyota spring due to increased carrying capacity. Longer shocks should not be required except on some early '96-'97 Tacomas. All springs require longer U-bolts.
