REPLACEMENT SPRINGS
NWOR's complete line of heavy duty replacement springs have been designed to replace the original factory springs which fatigue and lose ride height quickly. NWOR heavy duty replacement springs feature increased spring material thickness, shotpeened leafs for durability, with a specially designed 2nd stage support system. These springs offer up to 700 lbs of additional load capacity. NWOR greaseable spring tip inserts and ultra-slide bushings are included! NWOR's springs offer a superior ride over stock. All Tacoma replacement springs have a different style 2nd stage which is a hi-tech tapered leaf spring. Truck height will be approximately 3/4" higher than a new factory Toyota spring due to increased carrying capacity. Longer shocks should not be required except on some early '96-'97 Tacomas.

2" LIFTED REAR SPRINGS
NWOR
offers 22 different, complete,
rear spring assemblies for '79-'03 4X4 trucks,
and '84-'89 4Runners. NWOR springs are complete spring
assemblies that are ready to install in your truck;
they don't require using parts
from your existing, worn springs as some other brands
do. NWOR springs are engineered to yield a great
ride with superior handling and they offer additional
load carrying capacity. All of our springs feature the
latest in spring design technology:
draw-tapered leaves, precision heat treating, shotpeening
for durability, and cluster-formed of silicon chrome
5160H material (the finest available). They also
include NWOR Ultra-Slide greaseable tip inserts and
Ultra-Slide spring bushings. All of our rear springs
carry a limited lifetime warranty.

listening to many customer
requests for a rear lift spring
that would also carry additional weight while
providing a satisfactory on- and off-road ride, NWOR
offers these quality springs. Whether
you're a building contractor or an off-road user, we've
got the spring to do the job. The spring specifications
are the same superior construction as our rear lift springs
shown above with the addition of our 750 lb overload
leaf. This leaf will carry the load and provide an excellent
spring rate & ride at the same time. Longer
u-bolts required.

HEAVY DUTY U-BOLTS
NWOR U-bolts are manufactured using the finest equipment and materials available. We use 1541-type steel and cold-form the bolts and roll the threads. This ensures maximum uniformity and material density in the critical thread area for extra strength. All U-bolts are plated for rust resistance! Sold in sets of four with heavy duty high-nuts and hardened washers.
