heavyweight, billet steel flywheels are 10 lbs. heavier than
stock and store a lot more energy. This is an important factor
in driveability. Toyota uses a similar weight flywheel in
both its 4-cylinder cars and trucks. The 4WD trucks
need a heavier flywheel to improve acceleration.
